Il faut tenir compte qu’il s’agit  de poupées de collection,  destinées à un public adulte. Ce ne sont pas de jouets. Donc, elles demandent de la  délicatesse.

Tu peux avoir les poupées de deux manières différentes : dans la boutique  et par « vente privée ».

Dans la boutique : il faut créer un compte et être connecté au moins deux minutes avant l’heure de la vente (j’annonce toujours la date et l’heure de la vente deux jours avant, dans la rubrique « Nouvelles » de  mes réseaux sociaux).

Vente privée : tu peux avoir une poupée sans entrer dans la boutique.

To buy a doll for sale in the Shop you just have to follow the steps below: 

First of all you must log in to your account or create one if you don't have it. Please fill in the registration fields correctly (especially your address) and remember that it must match the address you have in your PayPal account.

Once logged in you will see that a while before the time of the sale a circle with the doll's photo will appear in the "Shop" section (01). Click on this circle and it will take you to the doll's gallery.

Inside the gallery will appear the photos and information of the doll and a small box where you will see the time she will be available (02). Below this box you will see the total price of the doll including the shipping costs to your country and the PayPal commission (03). 

Refresh the page at the time of the sale and a "Purchase request" button will appear as shown in the picture (04). Remember that it is very important that you refresh the page at the time of the sale otherwise this button will not appear. 

Once you click on the "Purchase request" button a small box will appear where you will have to verify your name and address (05) and choose the payment method (06) (full payment or payment in installments). Then click on the "Purchase request" button (07).

And that's it! Your purchase request will have been sent successfully and you will only have to wait for my reply by email. 

Things to keep in mind:

- Submitting a purchase request does not guarantee you will get the doll. There may be one or more people submitting purchase requests at the same time. In this case I will follow the order of arrival.

-I will send an email to the winner right after receiving the purchase request. If I don't receive a response within 40 minutes from the time of the sale (example: The doll goes on sale at 18:00 I will wait until 18:40) I will contact the next person and so on so please remember to keep an eye on your email once you have sent the purchase request. Also check your SPAM just in case.
If you send a purchase request for a doll I assume you have read this point.

- I do not take reservations, the doll is considered sold once the payment has been made

How do I get one?

The system will be the same as for "purchase requests". An item will appear in the store on the date indicated above.

Only this time instead of buying a doll you will be buying one of these 4 slots so you can order a doll (private sales info below).

Important:

- No more than one private sale per person.
Please note that there will only be 4 spaces available and in order to give people more opportunity only one private sale per person will be accepted.
Be considerate of others and do not use someone else to request a private sale for you.

- Submitting a request does not guarantee you will get the slot for a private sale. There may be more than 4 people submitting requests at the same time. In this case I will follow the order of arrival. I'll be as fast as I can but this may take some time so please be patient and keep and eye on your email. (Check your spam just in case too). 

- When I contact you and confirm that your request is among the first 4, you will have to answer me by filling out the form below. Please if you are interested in getting one of these private sales slots have the form ready before the moment of the sale so you will only have to send it to me in case I ask you for it.
When I receive your filled out form I will get back to you as soon as possible with the whole total.
Please note that I may refuse to make a private sale that I am not comfortable with so even if you have submitted the form, this does not guarantee that the private sale will be accepted.

- When you hear back that your form has been accepted, full payment or the first installment if you choose layaway will be made at this time. Reservations are not accepted, the slot is considered sold once payment has been made.

Private sale allows you to order the doll as you wish.
You can choose skin color: (mocha, tan, natural and fair), hair color and style, eye color and makeup style.
It is recommended that you put examples of dolls that you like (you can see most dolls I have made here: https://www.poisongirldolls.com/en/shop/1/)

I reserve the right to refuse private sales that are too specific/restrictive.
I will be alternating the work of private sales with the dolls I make for the store so this may take a few months. If you are impatient or in a hurry, please do not order a private sale.

The payment might be asked as a gift. Please make sure your Paypal address is correct.

By asking for a private sale you are understanding the situation and accepting these conditions.

Layaway details:
- 2 months layaway: First half at the time of the purchase. The second half of the payment will be made within the next 30 days. The doll will be sent once the payments and doll are complete.
- 3 months layaway: First third of the payment at the time of the purchase. Second third will be made within the next 30 days. Last third within the next 30 days after the second payment. The doll will be sent once the payments and doll are complete.

Certaines ont un prix fixe (par demande d’achat) et d’autres sont vendues aux enchères.

Le prix de chaque poupée sera annoncé dans la Newsletter au moins deux jours avant le jour de la vente. Tu peux voir aussi le prix si tu entres dans la galerie de la poupée. Si la poupée n’est pas disponible en stock le prix n’apparaît pas.

Le prix minimum des poupées aux enchères est annoncé dans la Newsletter.

Il est bon de vérifier le SPAM de temps en temps.

Ça dépend. Pour savoir si une poupée est disponible ou pas tu n’as qu’à entrer dans la rubrique « Boutique » où tu trouveras toutes les poupées avec leur information. Si elle est dans la rubrique « Non disponible » on ne peut pas l’acheter: https://www.poisongirldolls.com/fr/shop/1/

Tu peux aussi trouver la même information si tu entres dans « Galerie » et que tu appuies sur le nom de la Poupée que tu préfères.

J’accepte des paiements par Paypal ou carte de crédit par Paypal. La commission de Paypal s’ajoute au prix total.

Oui, j’accepte le paiement échelonné aussi dans les poupées qui sont en vente à prix fixe que dans les ventes privées.

Conditions du paiement échelonné :

Paiement échelonné sur 2 mois : la moitié du paiement au moment de la vente. La deuxième moitié du paiement dans un délai maximum des  30 jours suivants. La poupée sera envoyée une fois les paiements  soient complétés.

Oui, j’envoie dans tout le monde par courrier certifié.

Si la poupée est à prix fixe, la personne la plus rapide est celle qui l’achète. Si elle est hors stock quand tu as essayé de l’acheter c’est parce qu’elle était déjà vendue.

Para pujar por una muñeca debes crear una cuenta en la web (todos tus datos deben ser correctos).
La muñeca aparecerá en la tienda a la hora indicada, en éste momento debes estar logeado en tu cuenta para poder pujar por ella. 
Debes pujar como mínimo 5€ por encima del precio actual en el que se encuentre la puja.
Recuerda que si pujas durante los últimos 60 segundos de la puja, el cronómetro volverá a marcar 60 segundos.
